If you had to explain your sound without using music terms, how would you do it?
CC: A 7-course degustation meal. So many elements that might not make sense on paper, but when you take a bite, you can taste each thing sweetly in harmony with the other.
What’s everyone’s favourite bevvy and snack lineup?
Tharu: McCoy’s pink lady apple juice and delicio caramelised onion and balsamic vinegar chips.
Xan: Hummus and cheese board with bread and an asahi or transit of venus (garage project).
CC: Salt and vinegar chips (with kiwi onion dip) and sparkling water.
Sam: Oreos and an Up and Go.
Josh: Salt and Vinegar pea crisps and Moore Wilson’s OJ.
Olivia: Minor Figures iced mocha and Original Pringles.
Chrissy: Tamari Almonds and a Lager.

Local bands you’re frothing and we should be too?
Xan: very hard because a lot of my favourite acts are from nz! But loving the new Dale Kerrigan album and the new Amamelia coming out.
CC: I absolutely love Sports Dreams from Papaioea, also obsessed with Baby Zionov in Tāmaki Makaurau. But we really are spoilt for choice here
What is the one thing you want to achieve as a band?
An international tour would be cool
