5-Minute Breakfast Sandwich

2 slices of toast
2 eggs
1 slice of Gouda cheese (or any cheese tbh)
Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
Handful of iceberg lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste. Butter or oil for cooking

Butter your pan, then pour in 2 beaten eggs. Add 2 pieces of toast, flipping them so they absorb the eggs on both sides. Let them fry until they are firm but still soft, then flip them again. Add cheese, veggies, and seasonings to your liking. Fold the toasts and let them fry for a couple more minutes. Voilà.
