Studylink just hit? This is the meal for you. Delicious, super easy, and not overly expensive.
Playlist: Anything you want really. I’d start with 4EVER by clairo, She’s my Collar by Gorillaz and Kali Uchis, and Redbone by Childish Gambino.
You will need:
- ½ a block of feta. Using half will feed two people, but the whole block will feed four.
- A container of cherry tomatoes (you can probably use big tomatoes, it’ll just take longer to cook)
Method:
- Get out a glass serving dish of some variety (think the kind that your parents whipped up a shepherd’s pie in) and chuck your tomatoes and feta in there
- Add your powders to taste. I usually do half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, and a sprinkling of paprika. Drizzle oil over top
- Crank the oven up to 200, and chuck that bad boy in there. It takes about half an hour to cook well, so sit down and play a game of fortnite in this time. Or your RPG of choice, I don’t care.
- After 20 minutes, put on your spaghetti and get that cooking.
- Take the feta and tomatoes out, get a fork, and mash it all up together. It will likely be quite crumbly depending on your feta to tomato ratio, so add cream as you need. I usually use about a third of the bottle.
- Put the pasta in there once it’s done, and give it a real good mix.
- Voila! You have the finest pasta around ready for your consumption.
- OPTIONAL: cook some mince at the same time as you cook the pasta. It beefs out the meal a bit, and makes it go further if you need it to.
