Trump and the Royals

Donald Trump has announced the dates for his state visit to the Royals in the UK. He will be visiting from the 17th-19th September. This will be his second state visit to the UK, he was previously invited to Buckingham Castle in 2019. It is unlikely that he will address parliament; some MP’s had raised concerns about him being given the privilege. The House of Commons will not be sitting at the time of Trump’s visit, which may help as these MP’s have mixed opinions on Trump. He will be heading to King Charles III’s Windsor Castle, with the First Lady. Trump has also been planning a summer visit, likely to visit one or both of his golf clubs in Aberdeenshire or Ayrshire.
